A Foundation in Mortgage
Before founding Waypoint, Kaylea served as an AVP of Mortgage Operations. Her background includes work with VA and FHA loans, giving her a unique perspective on the financing side of homeownership that informs the way she approaches real estate today.
That experience is part of why she believes a home search should begin with a conversation about your goals, your budget, and your next chapter. From the first questions to the details along the way, her approach centers on clear communication and helping you understand your options.
